Meditation can ease stress, control phobias, increase creativity and self-discipline and strengthen self-esteem. So why is it so hard to get in the habit of doing it on a regular basis? Everyone knows that meditating on a regular basis brings enormous mental, emotional and physical benefits to your life, but how many times have you tried to make it happen only to stop doing it a week later?

No matter what type of meditation you do, it is a skill that you have to learn. Quieting themeditation mind can be difficult to master without help. Developing the habit of meditation can be hard when trying to balance busy schedules. Sometimes it can even be confusing to understand what is going on when you join a meditation group and everything is in a language you just don’t understand.
